Brownie tartlet at its simplest

I moved to a new flat last week and my food stocks suffered. The cupboards are still relatively empty and the fridge and freezer even emptier.
So, this simple recipe I found from Georgia Harding’s Wellnourished website, was a great response to satisfy my cravings for chocolate sweetness in a healthy yet quick and fuss-free way, using simple staples – only 4 of them – that I have at home at almost any time.
Here is the recipe, with a little twist. For two tartlets you will need:
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup raw unsweetened cocoa powder
- a handful walnuts
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Line two tartlet moulds with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients, apart from the walnuts, in a food processor for a couple of minutes. They will form a rather thick and sticky mass. Pour them in equal halves in the moulds. Chop the walnuts in large pieces and sprinkle them on top. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes and enjoy!!!
Oh, que c’est simple avec que de bonnes choses dedans. Merciiii. xxx
This is what I need. Easy to prepare and very, very tasteful. Thanks my dearest.
Just made it and it is simply DELICIOUS!!!!! Like eating a dark chocolate brownie, only healthier and tastier! And very easy to make! Bravo Kika! 🙂
